Google Adsense Receipt Automation: Remessa Online

Remessa Online is a digital company of international transactions, where there are several users with recurring receipts by Google Adsense.


Google Adsense processes the same data over the months, so Google Ads has an opportunity to facilitate the user's journey by automating the receipt and not carrying out the process of sending documents on the platform.


We identified the need to carry out quantitative research to validate the automation experience, the behaviors, and the user preferences that were used in the construction of the designed journey.


In the research process, we identified the points that we would discover along with the objective of the same, with that, in mind a script was developed where the questions and answers were inserted, and after the completion of it, a survey was created in Typeform, where it was sent by e-mail to 382 users who received Google Adsense receipts in the last 60 days.


The survey was conducted in July 2021.


With the result of the research we identified several opportunities, and better understand the behavior of the user who receives from Google Adsense. Later we decided to start a quick experiment on the screen where we would possibly insert the automation, to understand the user's behavior on the screen, and if he would interact with it.


This was carried out in July 2021 to be able to 2021 continue validating the solution, and understand the user interaction in the Google Ads solution. The screen image is below.



In the experiment carried out, on the page at the end of the Google Adsense draw flow, 70.9% of the users who were in this stage of the flow responded, with 53.3% (green column) in favor of automation, while in the first survey we carried out, 76% of the users had responded that they would like the functionality in the quantitative survey. In this experiment, we were able to validate where we would insert the automation experience in the flow, which would be on the final screen of the Google Adsense receipt flow, with this the first MVP of the experience


It was necessary to carry out an experiment that the development team would finish by the date when users would receive it, due to having only one window each month, we started this MVP by validating together with the programmers to be able to insert it into the flow and already see the data of the platform experience and attack process improvements.

The first experience on the platform is below. This is the automation flow where the final receiving screen (feedback) starts the automation flow.


After accepting the terms and conditions to authorize the shipment to carry out this process without it entering the platform, there is a fixed card inside the dashboard for automatic receipt, which can be canceled at any time. The description experience is below.



The month of October 2021 considered a conversion of 85% of Google Adsense submissions, totaling 177 operations carried out with an experience presented.
